WARRANTY + AFTER SALES

We understand that things happen and in the unlikely event that your items arrive to you in less than perfect condition, please contact hello@misterhaus.com. 

  • Items sold by Mister Haus are intended for indoor and residential use only, unless where specified, and must be used in exclusively private and domestic environments to be covered by a warranty or guarantee. Use of any items items in a commercial, public, or outdoor environment at any time will void any warranty guarantee.
  • All claims must include a description and photos, where applicable, to assist us in your case. We will do our best to resolve the issue ASAP.  
  • The original receipt is required for proof of purchase, and is not transferable.
FURNITURE WARRANTY

  • You have 30 days to submit a claim.

  • It is essential to document any damage on the Proof of Delivery when an order is received to assist in submitting claims, along with supporting pictures of the damage to the carton and the product itself—clear, close-up photos of the damaged area and the whole piece.

  • Should you not note the damage on your Proof of Delivery, the claim may be denied.

  • Our manufacturer's limited warranty covers all defects in materials and construction for one year from the product's invoice date.

  • It is essential for us to note that our limited warranties are non-transferable. Our warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purposes.

  • Defects or damages resulting from misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, normal deterioration due to wear, tear and exposure, corrosion, or damage caused by rain, fire, or other acts of nature, or products used for but not listed as commercial-use items, will not be covered by our limited warranty.

LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY - RUGS
  • We offer a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover any damage due to surging, or to fringe resulting from clips that may be used to suspend rugs on a display rack. If a manufacturing defect has been identified upon receipt of rug, or develops under normal conditions of use, we will endeavor to repair or replace the damaged rug.
WARRANTY  EXCLUSIONS + LIMITATIONS - RUGS
  • Our warranty is only applicable to products placed in use indoors and in environments maintained at normal temperature and humidity. It does not cover tears, burns, cuts, pulls, or other damage, deterioration, stain, loss of color or appearance caused by abuse, or improper or inadequate maintenance. It does not cover products placed in use on stairs, ramps, or any area regularly subjected to wheeled or rolling apparatuses.
REMEDY EXCLUSIONS- RUGS
  • Liability and exclusive remedy under this warranty is limited to actual repair or replacement. Total liability shall not exceed the invoice amount. We are not responsible for bodily injury, property loss or damage, removal or relocation of furnishings, or any incidental or consequential damages or costs associated with repair or replacement.
  • Warranties extended on products are intended for the protection of the initial purchaser and are not transferable to any other party.
