WARRANTY + AFTER SALES

WARRANTY POLICY

• Items sold by Mister Haus are intended for indoor and residential use only, unless where specified, and must be used in exclusively private and domestic environments to be covered by a warranty or guarantee. Use of any items items in a commercial, public, or outdoor environment at any time will void any warranty guarantee.
• For the avoidance of doubt, the Warranty + After Sales policy is applicable to furniture and rugs only.
• To file a warranty claim, please contact hello@misterhaus.com to file a claim.
• All claims must include a description and photos, where applicable, to assist us in your case. We will do our best to resolve the issue ASAP.  
• The original receipt is required for proof of purchase, and is not transferable.

LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY - FURNITURE

• We offer a limited one-year warranty on furniture products. The limited one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, residential use for a period of one year from the receipt. If a defect is discovered during the warranty period, we may replace the part or product free of charge once images of the defect are reviewed and confirmed to be defective. 

WARRANTY  EXCLUSIONS + LIMITATIONS - FURNITURE

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper care, or accidental damage 
• Normal wear and tear, scratches, fading, discoloration, or damage caused by exposure to sunlight, humidity, temperature changes, or regular use
• Variations in wood grains, finishes, natural color changes, or natural aging of materials
• Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than authorized partners
• Fabric damage due to fabric protection application that causes colorfastness or variations in the fabric
• Use of the product for reasons other than what is was designed or intended for 

LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY - RUGS

• We offer a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover any damage due to surging, or to fringe resulting from clips that may be used to suspend rugs on a display rack. If a manufacturing defect has been identified upon receipt of rug, or develops under normal conditions of use, we will endeavor to repair or replace the damaged rug.

WARRANTY  EXCLUSIONS + LIMITATIONS - RUGS

• Our warranty is only applicable to products placed in use indoors and in environments maintained at normal temperature and humidity. It does not cover tears, burns, cuts, pulls, or other damage, deterioration, stain, loss of color or appearance caused by abuse, or improper or inadequate maintenance. It does not cover products placed in use on stairs, ramps, or any area regularly subjected to wheeled or rolling apparatuses.

REMEDY EXCLUSIONS- RUGS

• Liability and exclusive remedy under this warranty is limited to actual repair or replacement. Total liability shall not exceed the invoice amount. We are not responsible for bodily injury, property loss or damage, removal or relocation of furnishings, or any incidental or consequential damages or costs associated with repair or replacement.

• Warranties extended on products are intended for the protection of the initial purchaser and are not transferable to any other party.
